14.2. How to Restore Gravio Hub X64 to Factory Settings Using an SD Card

This section explains the procedure to restore Gravio Hub X64 to its factory settings using an SD card.

  1. Connect a display and keyboard to the Gravio Hub X64.
  2. Insert the SD card that came with the Gravio Hub X64 box into the SD card slot of the Gravio Hub X64.
  3. Press the power button on the Gravio Hub X64 to start it.
  4. When it starts, a single line will appear on the display. In this state, press the Enter key on the keyboard. The OS image will be transferred from the SD card to the internal disk of the Gravio Hub X64.
  5. When all transfers are complete, the power will automatically turn off.
  6. Remove the SD card.
  7. Press the power button again to start.
  8. When startup is complete, the Login screen will appear. (After this, it will take about 3 minutes for internal initialization, so please leave it powered on.)
  9. At the Login prompt, log in with Username: gravio Password: graviohub. After login is complete, enter the “sudo docker ps” command to verify the display.
  10. If 9 lines of Processes are displayed in the Container list, it is operating normally.
  11. Turn off the power and start again. This completes the initialization process.

This completes the process of restoring the Gravio Hub X64 to its factory settings.
